Optional paid or time-based memorial services Stinmnimi is not a funeral service provider, cemetery operator, religious authority, or legal executor.

Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
4. User Content
4.1 Responsibility
You retain ownership of content you submit (“User Content”), but you are solely responsible for it.

Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
Contains hate speech, explicit sexual material, or violence

4.2 Licence to Stinmnimi
By submitting User Content, you grant Stinmnimi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, display, reproduce, and technically adapt the content solely for the operation of the Services.
We do not claim ownership of your content.
5. Moderation & Removal
Stinmnimi reserves the right (but not the obligation) to:
Review, remove, restrict, or disable content
Suspend or terminate memorials or accounts
This may occur without prior notice if content violates these Terms or applicable law.
6. Memorial Duration & Availability
If a memorial is designated as:
Permanent – it will remain available for as long as the Services continue to operate, subject to technical, legal, or force-majeure limitations.
Time-limited – availability ends at the expiration date unless renewed.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or perpetual availability.
7. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
Where paid services apply:
Fees are disclosed before purchase
Payments are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise
Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund
8. Intellectual Property
All platform software, design, structure, and branding are the exclusive property of Stinmnimi or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, scrape, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without written permission.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:

Interfere with platform security or infrastructure

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (country), without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Georgia.
